Excellent property!
5/5 The bedrooms are spread out with two of them having private bathrooms. Everyone was able to have their own space. Also, the open floor plan and huge kitchen made it great for spending time together. The pool was nice, too! Beaches are 5-7 minutes away. I would highly recommend this place!

5/5 Very clean, nice area. Great amenities, this place had almost everything that you could think of! Cleave was super responsive on the 2 times that I contacted him. One of my contacts was to extend our stay 2 more days! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent property for a wonderful family vacation
5/5 We (family, 2 adults, one 11yr-old) spent one week in this beautiful vacation home in Naples Park during Christmas time. It is just as described on VRBO/EVOLVE and had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious, very well-maintained and -equipped, nicely located in Naples Park in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the beach as well as local restaurants and shopping. The pool heating worked well and although temperatures dropped on a couple of days we were able to enjoy the pool in the afternoon. Communication with the property manager/owner was perfect. We would certainly come back and book it again. :-)
