• Terrible experience. Never booking through EVOLVE again

  Lied about the 4 bedrooms. Claimed I had to scroll all the way down ti the fine print to show that the supposed “4th bedroom” is the pool bar room that had a folded COT stashed in the corner. Called for support from the EVOLVE team and they did not even try to help claiming since it said it in the fine print that they wouldn’t help me any further. One of my guests paid to be uncomfortable. The property not being properly cleaned and to top it all off the property expects you to load your personal vehicle with all of your Trash bags and not only drive it half mile to the compactor. But then separate and unload it into the compactor yourself. Might as well get a job there. Overall this property and the entire EVOLVE team ruined my wife’s vacation. Will be telling all friends and family to never use their services.

  Fabian, Thank you for providing this feedback. We missed the mark and we apologize. We’re sorry that we couldn't keep our promise to make vacation rentals easier for everyone. We understand your frustration and we take full responsibility. We're sorry when you called to see if you could be relocated because you had 10 guests instead of 7 we were unable to assist with that. Sometimes we can't relocate, we wish we could have worked this out. We will reevaluate our process so that this doesn't happen in the future. We have shared your feedback with the owner and they would like to clarify the following:
  
  Owner's response: "Fabian, We pride ourselves on getting each guest taken care of so that their stay will be a good one. We're sorry your visit was not what you expected.
  
  - We include this verbiage in the listing; "NOTE: On the first floor, we've transformed the game room into a versatile space that can serve as a 4th bedroom. To maintain its flexibility for activities like playing pool, using it as a bar room, or simply as a gathering area, we've opted not to keep a permanent bed in the room. However, for guests who prefer to utilize it for sleeping, we provide a convenient rolling bed with a mattress. You can find this bed within the same room or tucked behind the bunk bed in another bedroom on the same floor. Feel free to open up the rolling bed and make use of this 4th room as needed".
  - We verified with Evolve you never asked to be relocated they did let you know that this is as advertised and the availability of a 4th bedroom is a suggestion to use at your discretion.
  - Our cleaners take pride in their work and do a very good job. We do ask that if you have any issues you please let us know immediately and you did not contact us with any issues.
  - We have never had any issues with our guests taking the trash to the compactors, the cleaners do not get a wristband or car tag to drop the trash only the guests do. This is only used to throw the trash, however, if you did not want to do this we could have taken care of it. You never mentioned that you were upset about this and did not ask us to take the trash for you.
  
  We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

• Great weekend house

  A group of friends got to enjoy their weekend at this house. It was perfect! Spacious for our small group, but just right. The hot tub was our favorite spot. The only issue was the office closed 30 minutes before check in time and we had to go there the next day and pick up our tags.

  The only issue was the office closed 30 minutes before check in time and we had to go there the next day and pick up our tags.
