Beautiful place
5/5 Good day, thank you for the opportunity to stay in this house. The house was clean and well prepared for new guests. We really enjoyed the canal view and swimming in the pool. Also, the possibility to park the rented boat at the house was very nice. Thank you!

Do not stay here
1/5 This was an overall deceiving rental. Completely outdated , filthy, run down . Blinds broken and laying on floor . Two doors were left open and windows upon arrival. Air was off. Terrible chemical smell coming from garage setting of a carbon monoxide detector. Bedrooms and bedding was terrible with outdated amenities and appliances. Pool was nice but dirty. Poll toys covered in black mold. There were NO pool towels and barely enough bath towels. We stayed maybe 3 hours and left the property to try and find a hotel as a family of six. This property should not be renting especially at the rate of cost . This was awful. We have been trying to contact the host as soon as we arrived until now. We are still waiting to be refunded as well. This was so disappointing especially with is being
Easter Eve and during an our family vacation.

- We want all of our guests to rest easy. We’re sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. We do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective.
- We have never experienced problems with bad odors in our home and our cleaning crew did not report anything unusual before your stay.
- We use a professional cleaning crew to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guest stays.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the owner provides a starter amount of essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues.
- We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!Beautiful place

Amazing place
4/5 We really loved our stay located right on the water and close to stores restaurants and bars i would have given 5 stars if the pool was screened in since the pool is not screened in bugs we're a problem even after someone came and cleaned it but overall great place great location we would absolutely return
