5/5 The property was good but not fancy on our trip to Fairbanks. The view of the back yard lake was very nice. We were hoping there would be a washer and dryer.

4/5 House was just as pictured! The lake view was awesome. We had a great time, just for those thinking of booking, we didn’t realize there was no washer and dryer. That was our fault for not checking listing. Just thought it was a given. So just keep that in mind. Other than that, very nice! Great location.
