Housekeeping Was Lacking
2/5 Outside amenities were especially lacking. Ticks! Filthy front porch and back deck! Outdoor furniture was filthy! Lack of propane. Lack of working grill. Lack of sufficient kindling for one wood fire.House was clean with fewer issues. No dish cloths. Long expired, (December,) welcome snacks. Old garbage in outside garbage can. Master bedroom became very warm at night with the door closed.

- We were surprised to receive this review given the kind note left at the home saying, “We love the place, it's beautiful and love the layout.” Expressing that you had a wonderful time.
- We’ve asked our team to double-check propane levels, kindling supply, and ensure the grill is fully operational for future guests. Kindling and firewood were under the deck and are stocked regularly.
- Our cleaning crew has been reminded to thoroughly clean the porches, outdoor furniture, and remove any trash left in exterior bins. Exterior trash in Bella Vista is picked up only once a week, usually on Friday.
- We’ll be sure dishcloths are stocked, and expired snacks are removed.

Beautiful property
