5/5 If you’re bringing family on a fishing trip in Cotter, this place is perfect. Just down the road from The Sands(restaurant) and Cotter Trout Dock. Pretty much the only two places we needed to go to while fishing( Other than Natural State Fly Shop). Not only was the location great, but was very clean, housed 5 of us very comfortably, and the view was outstanding! PLUS our kids found the board games and spent the evenings playing them instead of being on their devices. Which was great in and of itself. My wife and daughter really appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel as well. Will continue to stay here on our annual trout trip.
