4/5 Overall the stay was wonderful. The location and the home itself was great. Never felt full even with max capacity. The space is great for lounging with even more people if you had local people there. The decks and balcony added even more space and the sunsets were wonderful to watch sitting on any of them. The evening and morning fog roll-in on the river was beautiful and the cool air moving in felt great after a long hot day on the river. Now for why 4 stars instead of 5. We had to reset and fix the awning controls so we didn't have to hand crank it. There was a tear in the awning and when trying to get it back in it kept catching causing us to leave it out, which wasn't that big of a deal. The living room is rendered basically useless with the massive windows in the upper section of the living room in the summer. Temps in the living room reached 78 degrees with the AC cranking. Again, great place and would stay there again but maybe not in the summer.

5/5 This place is awesome!! The view of the river from the back porch and balcony of one of the upstairs bedrooms is so relaxing and beautiful. The house is beautiful too! It is very clean and updated with anything you could ever need. The kitchen had everything we needed and the added barbecue grill on the patio was nice too. The house had ample space for the 7 people in our party with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer was nice to use as well. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else.
