An awesome place to stay
5/5 We stay here whenever we go to Cotter AR area. We love the house, the location and the view. The location is perfect for meeting up with the siblings as well as close to family in the area. It is also close to great routes for riding our Harley. We are already planning our next trip.

4/5 Great place but multiple items were wormn out or broken from previous renters staying there,Kitchen and dining areas were fantastic with alomost every appliance and utensil you might need.Water pressure was an issue in upstairs bathrooms and kitchen.
