  We loved our stay! Prompt communication from Daniel. Clear directions to property, very easy to find. Property was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable and loved the blackout shades. We were expecting the walk down to the dock to be more challenging due to the natural terrain around Beaver Lake, but it was landscaped in a way to make it very easy. Paddle boards were provided and easy to bring down to dock. Great fishing in the cove. Close enough for a quick trip into Eureka Springs. Highly recommend if you love clean spaces with peaceful lake views and easy access. Would definitely love to stay again.

  Wife and I were celebrating our 18 year anniversary. We had an amazing stay. It was very peaceful and beautiful with the colors of the trees changing. We've seen a couple of deers and other wildlife here.

• Extended Weekend Getaway

  We really enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Eureka Springs and want to thank our host for their quick responses to our questions and requests. The apartment was very clean and quiet with a wonderful view of Beaver Lake. The kitchen contained all the necessary dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and reuseable containers one needed in addition to a Keurig and use of their grill and paddle boards. Anyone arriving in a motorcycle needs to be aware, however, that the last half mile to the VRBO is pretty rough and steep. Fortunately, the host communicated this to us ahead of time which we appreciated. Location is not too far from Eureka Springs as well as hiking and water activities.

  This house is amazing. The part for rent is a basement apartment, and it is gorgeous and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the bathroom has a large, stunning shower, the bed is extremely comfortable, and more. the view is spectacular!!!! This location is so peaceful and relaxed. The deck is amazing and swimming in the lake is amazing. It was so warm and quiet. There were no people in the neighboring houses, so we had the lake to ourselves. This is such a comfortable and beautiful rental, I recommend it to everyone.

  I will admit that the road leading to the property has a lot of potholes. But that is not the owner's fault since the owner has no control over the public road. And there are some houses being built so the potholes won't get fixed until the construction trucks are gone. But this should never get held against the owners and the property because it is out of their control and not related to the property itself.

• Access is a problem

  Beautiful unit once you get there. Don’t try the access road for the first time in the dark. Switchbacks with deep holes, very steep. Then the choice of steep ramp or stone steps at the unit . Both will end in stone & gravel walkways, impossible to pull a rolling bag or use a walker. Beautiful deck overlooking the boat house. Again walkway is steep & uneven.we couldn’t get even halfway down to the water. Bottom line, if you have ANY mobility issues, try somewhere else.
