Perfect setting
5/5 What a gem! I took my mom to Eureka Springs as a 70th birthday present and we stayed for 3 nights. This property was so close to town but felt a million miles away. The setting on a peaceful quiet little lake with 3 different patios overlooking the water was so serene, whether drinking coffee in the morning, having dinner, or a night cap listening to the frogs. Clean, adorable, fun art, and the extras like shampoo and conditioner, cooking spices, and an iron that you don't always get at a rental property. Good communication and instructions from the owners. Would give more stars if I could - it exceeded my expectations at a very good price point

Cozy cottage
5/5 Absolutely love this place! So nice and quite yet so close to town. The house was has everything you would need. I had a great time on the porch just listening to the bull frogs for hours. Definitely be back.
