  Great location, easy to get to town, sugarloaf mountain and more. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful deck and dock with great amounts of lighting foe night use.

• The Trout House for a great week.

  Property was absolutely beautiful. Great fishing off the dock caught some rainbows. Rooms were nice. So quiet and peaceful and still close enough to town to go eat at a local restaurant for dinner or pick something up from the store. Lots of local businesses and very friendly people. Bridal veil falls is great even for the little ones just remember its nature! Very easy check in and out easy to find. We would love to come back.

• The Trout House is Perfect

  Property was nice and cozy. Very quiet and easy to find. Very comfortable beds and lots to see outdoors. Had a great time fishing and going into town. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Went to Bridal veil falls, went to Heber Springs and rented a boat, and went out to eat a couple nights as well. Would absolutely recommend this property.

  Upon entering the property, the floors were dirty, crumbs on the bed and around the couches. The outdoor areas and furniture were covered with dirt, leaves and bird droppings like it hadn’t been cleaned all winter. Screened in porch hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time - we didn’t feel comfortable even stepping inside it. We notified the property manager and the manager not only didn’t come by to check, but also took no action to clean the property .

  All communication with property management was poor at best. Phone calls were answered with text responses and emails were never answered.

  We cleaned the property but after the third day decided to leave one day early as the property condition made our stay very uncomfortable.

  While a refund is probably more that we could even expect, a refund of our cleaning fee should be warranted.

  - We do our best to keep the outdoor area clean and can confirm it was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. That said, this property is the woods and it's to be expected that there may be leaves on outdoor surfaces in a matter of hours.
  - We did offer to come out to clean the outside while acknowledging that the leaves would likely return.
  - While external factors like nature and bird activities are beyond our control, we apologize for any impact it had on your stay.
  - We take the cleanliness of our properties seriously and use a cleaning service to ensure that each guest arrives to a clean environment.
  While we are very sorry you had this experience, we're pleased to report that no other guests have encountered similar issues before or after your stay. We do all we can within our control to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
