5/5 The place was great. Spent 1st day trying to get in the house. Oven was filthy. Refrigerator was not wiped out. Trash can was dirty. We just cleaned and went on.

Cleanliness of propert
2/5 Did not receive a door access code prior to arrival. I had to call the property manager to obtain. Property manager was not aware that the property was booked for my days of stay. After booking with VRBO all the details were handled through a company called Evolve. The home had no clean sheets or towels and all the linen was thrown and dirty in the laundry room. House had not been clean from previous guests. I had to clean and do all the linen laundry just do my family was able to have sheets and towels for our stay. Property manager was contacted and promised to make it right but as of yet have not been compensated.

Nice place
5/5 The place is very nice. It has plenty of room. The only issue was using the community pool. The homeowner is selling the property and did not have the pass required, however, it wasn't a big issue because we found the lake has several places to swim. Overall, it was a good stay and we saw many different wildlife animals.

5/5 Nice location, close to Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake. Comfortable home with lots of space. We had a great time for our first trip to this area.
