  I like the commercial door. Pictures show the house well. Location was perfect for the track and downtown. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Just old like all of Hot Springs. It was exactly what you would expect for the area.

  Great place to stay for a large group, plenty of seating in the living room to hang out together and room to spread out to get ready it worked perfectly for our group of 10 to spend the weekend for a family wedding in town

• Roaches and ants took over

  We got there. The kitchen was dusty and cobwebs were on the chairs and windows. We immediately began cooking supper and roaches and ants came out. It was disgusting. I called the contact person and explained we wanted a refund. She said we may be able to get a partial refund and she would spray the kitchen the next day at 10am. She brought some ant traps that night and a professional came the next day to spray the kitchen. We saw no more roaches but ants were all through the house. You had to keep all food locked up. The contact also brought 3 big containers with lids to lock our food up. I told the contact to spray the home and dust it well before the next guests came. The area was quiet and the house was clean except the kitchen. It would have been a good value and a great stay if not for the roaches and ants. If they spray and inspect the home before guest arrive it will be good value. I feel we should have received a partial refund but we did not. The contact was cordial. She saw the ants and roaches when she came over to bring the ant traps and covered lids.

  We are very sorry about the pests when the exterminator arrived they let us know that those were not roaches but a kind of bug attracted to the light and that is why they were there. We have taken the needed measures to get rid of the ants and were happy to stop by with what you needed to keep your food safe.
  
  We did what we could to make your stay a good one. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
