Hot Springs
4/5 The only complaint I have is there was very little toilet paper and no paper towels. Everything else was ok.

Great location, promixity to a lot of Hot Springs Offerings
5/5 Overall the location is great for adventure. Close to the Gardens, the casino, and everything else Hot Springs has to offer. The place wasn't as clean as we would have liked. All the tables were sticky, dusty in some places and their was a mildew smell coming out the air conditioners.

Mistake
1/5 Not sure if these listing photos were doctored using a "filter" or "AI", but the interior was not as it appears in the pictures.After a short time at the property we left and booked a hotel instead. I emailed the property manager to let them know we would not be staying there but never received an acknowledgment of my communication. We never sought or expected a refund, just didn't expect to be ignored.
