Lake Hamilton Condo
4/5 The condo was exactly as described and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was responsive and courteous when we arrived. I am still not sure what Evolve does exactly, but the pre-arrival communication through the application could use some evaluation. Thanks.

Wonderful place
5/5 Convenient location near the water. Safe and gated small community. Very quiet besides small children that stayed above us that liked to run around often. Very nice unit that was updated and had everything we needed besides Kleenex. Nice hot tub on property. Only thing noted in cleanliness is that furniture needed to be cleaned under, couch especially!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves we didn't want to leave. This property was beautiful and spacious. The pool was relaxation. The beds were awsome and the shower heads. So we already said we want to come back in October this year.
Wonderful stay!
5/5 Stayed here for spring break to go dig for diamonds and crystals. The diamond dig is just over an hour drive and the crystal dig is 30 minutes. We had 5 adults and 2 children (9 & 1). Plenty of space to not be cramped together and enough seating in the living room. (I feel many rentals do not have enough seating in the living room for the number of guests allowed in the house). The kitchen is tight if you’re planning on making a large meal but it’s doable. The beds were ok. They are a firm, memory foam and starting to get the feeling that they will need to be replaced soon. You can tell the middle of the beds aren’t usually laid on so there is a hump. This has nothing to do with the property owners, just an fyi, the hot tub cover is absolute trash. I don’t think one person would be able to take it off. It’s broken and ridiculously heavy. Small styrofoam balls were all over the surface and cover everyone that gets in. Overall, we loved this place and the location. I would certainly stay again!
