Wonderful location!
5/5 Great location and large condo perfectly suited for our family of 5. Everything included that one would need for a weekend in Hot Springs.

Beautiful view
5/5 Beautiful view. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. We ate on the balcony overlooking the water. Beda were very comfortable. Several pillows to choose from. Great location. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful Lake View
5/5 We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious, with two large bedrooms that can accommodate a pack and play or trundle bed. The balcony overlooking the boat dock and lake was my favorite spot. Plenty of room for the family to gather, drink/eat while taking in the view.
15ish mins depending on traffic to downtown Hot Springs, Magic Springs, and Hill Wheatley Park for lake swimming. Boat rentals are nearby as well, though we had to cancel our reservation due to the wind.
I would stay here again.

Great Location
4/5 The unit was on the lake and had great views. Although it was in a quiet area, it was minutes to stores and restaurants.
There was only one tv and no instructions for operation.
