An Excellent Place to Stay in Hot Springs!
5/5 I am very pleased to give a 5 Star Review for this property. The convenience of location to the cleanliness of the resort (Emerald Isle) and our wonderful condo made our trip very enjoyable. We felt like we were at home! In addition, the communication with Kim was top-notch. How wonderful to be cared for before we arrived, during our stay and check out day....she was extraordinary in customer service. Thank you and we hope to stay again in the near future!

Hot Springs grandkid summer trip
3/5 The property gate was never locked. The pool gate was never locked. Maste bath shower hot water handle did not work.

- Property Gate: The gate usually requires a code and is secure. If it was open, it might have been due to a recent storm. This is not a common issue.
- Pool Gate: The pool gate is part of the community amenities and out of our direct control. It remains unlocked during business hours for guest convenience and is always enclosed by a secure fence.
- Master Bath Shower: The loose shower handle was fixed by a repairman the second day after you reported it.
