Lake Access: Pet-Friendly Duplex in Hot Springs!

  My family with my 91 year old mom stayed in this unit which is the bottom of a duplex. My cousin and her family stayed in the the unit above. This allowed for everyone to have their own bedrooms and family space. And then also allowed both families to congregate together in the back yard which was wonderful. The porch with table and chairs were great. The kids loved the astroturf yard, the dock, the lake and the giant connect four. Our 2 families loved these 2 units offered by the same owner who was more than helpful. We loved the carport protection for the cars and getting out of the rain. We were close to racetrack and to the hot springs.

  The condo was spacious and very clean! It’s the perfect spot for a little family retreat or just a couple. My wife and I loved the open floor kitchen and living room space. It had everything we could need for cooking and very nice cookwares and dishes! Appliances were new and the tv were smart TVs. Bathrooms were super clean and my wife was obsessed with the jacuzzi. Beds were like clouds too! The condo was nestled in a perfect area in our opinion. Right off the main road and only minutes away from major stores and downtown. Check in and check out was a breeze, the owners were nice and accommodating even offering box suites to the derby! Next time we come we’d like to bring a boat to use the dock. We couldn’t recommend this place enough, just book it!

• Quick trip to the horse races

  We stayed here for just one night. The property was outstanding! One of the best stocked vrbos we’ve ever stayed in. Host communicated with us about everything, even offering us their private box at the races! Definitely recommend! Beds and pillows were super comfy too!

  Great location. Very clean and lots of room. Owners were very good about communicating. Inside and outdoor furniture and decor so pretty. Would rent again for sure.
