• Not what we hoped for in a stay

  Our stayed started well as the owner was quite accommodating in allowing us early access due to bad weather in the area. However, upon arrival we found a rental unit that was not well maintained or cleaned. The entire front stairs and entry was covered in tree pollen and debris which we had to sweet off in order to access the front door. The front screen door was broken and would not close properly. The back deck was unusable because it was yellow from tree pollen/debris which is a Constant Spring issue in the area.

  Inside was not much better. There were numerous repair/upkeep issues that are not being addressed and the general cleanliness was fine but things like window ledges and vents were terrible.

  On a positive note: the house has comfortable beds and the spaces worked nicely for our stay. The general area was quiet and convenient.

• Great Stay and perfect for Family

  We had a wonderful stay at this home in Hot Springs Village. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.

  The location was excellent—close to beautiful walking trails, lakes, and village amenities, and still an easy drive to restaurants and shopping. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the space worked great for both relaxing and getting some work done.

  Check-in was smooth, the instructions were clear, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Overall, this was an easy, enjoyable stay, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.
