PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 204 Rocky Bayou Ridge Rd, Mountain View, AR 72560
- The name of the property is 'Little Cabin on the Ridge'
- The address for the cabin can be found by GPS; however, it is important to follow the instructions for entering the road from Highway 14 in order to reach the property safely
- If traveling from the east:
- After crossing Rocky Bayou Bridge, travel up the hill, turn right immediately past the first mailbox, and follow the signs to the cabin
- If traveling from the west:
- From Mountain View, do not attempt to cross the two lanes of oncoming traffic coming up the mountain
- Instead, for your safety, go past the GPS-recommended turn and travel to the bottom of the hill just before the bridge, where you will turn around in a driveway and drive back up the hill to the first mailbox
- Turn right just past the mailbox onto Rocky Bayou Ridge Road
- From there, look for a blue sign saying 'Little Cabin on the Ridge' with an arrow directing you to the right down a narrow gravel drive
- The property is a 2-story cabin with a blue door, and is the last cabin on the drive
- Please use caution on your way to and from the property as is not possible to see oncoming cars that are driving up the mountain

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket
- Please turn the thermostat to 78 degrees in the summer or 55 degrees in the winter
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

The entrance to the driveway crosses 2 lanes of traffic on a busy highway, and it is not possible to see oncoming cars while driving up the mountain; therefore, it is critical that guests follow the driving directions at the top of this email to reach the property safely
