4/5 Overall the place was nice. There were a few things to mention. There was a sewer smell, occasionally. The water in the hot tub was green and the sheets in the master bedroom wouldn't stay on the bed. Could use the elastic sheet stays.

Wholesome family stay in nature
4/5 The property had the most serene sunrises. Overall, a great stay. Outside sewage left slight odor in yard, but that’s really the only thing I could complain about. Loved the room setups!

Wonderful Stay
5/5 The pictures did not do the property justice. The place is very nice. The place was clean and spacious for our crew. We loved the deck overlooking the river. The only downfall was it is not close to restaurants or grocery options. Plan accordingly and you will have a great trip.

Visit to Hot Springs
5/5 Our stay on the lake during our visit to Hot Springs was excellent. The property was clean and the location great. Communication was quick and timely. I recommend this rental to anyone with a family or big group looking for a place away from the noise of Hot Springs.

Quiet and family oriented
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The kids had plenty of space to run off some energy. The house was equipped with everything you need. The only thing we encountered was what seemed to be a leak or odor from the septic system. The odor was outside we did not smell it on the inside of the house.
