Pool was green and unusable
1/5 Pool was the main reason that we booked this location. Pool was green and not usable for all 9 days we were there with our grandchildren.

Hi Richard, We’re sorry the pool wasn’t in great shape during your stay. As soon as we were made aware, we reached out to our pool service, but unfortunately, we couldn’t get them out quickly enough. Since then, we’ve brought in a new cleaning team and blocked the calendar for a few weeks to make sure the pool is fully ready for future guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the experience you were expecting.
