  The master shower has a bad Water Handle and valve. We could not turn on the water and use the shower.The BBQ is in dire need or cleaning or replacement, the grease is so bad we had a big Flare up. We are boaters and carry typical gear. We did not have a staging place for much of our gear at the rental. Maybe let your renters know the garage is not available to use. Lastly, check out at 10’oclock is very difficult, I know most rentals thru VRBO has this policy. I will be looking at ARBNB or other VRBO’s for alternatives that are flexible with check out. The host requires the renters to strip beds and load/run dishwasher all before 10:00AM. You can guess we had to run out for a good breakfast..

  Most of our guests are boaters, and we’ve not received past concerns about space. The property is quite large, and the enclosed side yard can be accessed through the gate and used for gear storage. While the garage isn’t available, we’ll make that clearer going forward.
  
  Check-out at 10:00 AM is standard for many rentals, but we’re always happy to accommodate later check-outs when requested. Any concerns during a stay can be quickly addressed by reaching out to the 24/7 Guest Contact—we’re here to help!"

• Spacious and Clean

  The home was perfect for a family stay. The home was clean and had lots of room for a family. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen had everything you need. The pool deck is wonderful and a great place to hang out. The pool was clean and well taken care of.Only minor complaints would be that the pool temp was a bit too cold and the bbq needed fuel so had to make a last minute trip to replace the tank. Overall it was a great home and would stay here again.

• Lovely home and awesome big patio!

  Quiet neighborhood. Patio has lots of chairs and 2 tables Lots of pool noodles and beach towels, Corn hole game and pool floaties. Grill worked well for us! We loved being outside here. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of spices. Big pantry. Decorated beautifully. Lots of pillows. Laundry worked well. Beds comfortable. Overall, would stay here again.
