PROPERTY ADDRESS:

Coming in from Show Low on HWY 260 (White Mtn Blvd), turn right (SE) onto Rainbow Lake Dr, right (S) on Larson, left (E) on Spring, pass stop sign, next left on Fox Ln (N). Go to DEAD END sign (big red barn in front of you)  and turn left. Go through gate and around to house.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- The main keyless entry point is located on the deck facing the water
- Next to the hose, there is a ramp where guests can enter up to the deck without the use of stairs. However, there is a 3" lip on the front of the ramp where the ground is not perfectly level. Guests can park on the parking slab near the garage and follow the pavement from the parking slab to the ramp without going through the gravel
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
