Lovely setting among the Pines
5/5 Quiet, beautiful serene setting overlooking water, green fairways and tall pine trees. Owner communicative, responsive and professional. Couldn’t ask for a more lovely setting

Terrible communication with host/patio very dirt
3/5 It is a shame that I have to give this property a 3 star rating. But the total lack of communication with the host and the filthiness of the outside patio leaves me no choice. I never got check in instructions and had to call Evolve who emailed me the instructions and gave me the code to get in the home.
The inside of the home was clean but the outside patio was a disaster. The screen door was off the tracks, the bbq was so filthy it could not be used, the patio furniture and the deck was covered in dust, and the arcadia door was so dirty I could barely see through it. I made at least 4 attempts to contact the host, calling her, and messaging her with not one reply. I would never stay there again.

experience was impacted by the condition of the patio and the communication
issues you faced. The homeowner wanted to provide some additional context:
-The homeowner has spoken with the cleaning company to ensure the back deck
is properly cleaned after each stay. After personally inspecting it, they
agreed that it wasn’t up to the high standard they expect. The deck has
since been cleaned, and the homeowner is committed to maintaining it in
better condition moving forward.
-Regarding the check-in instructions, Evolve confirmed that they were sent
to the email on file when payment was made on May 7th and then again on
July 12th before your check-in. Please double-check that the correct email
is associated with your booking to avoid any issues in the future.
We apologize for the lack of response from the host during your stay and
understand how frustrating that must have been. Your feedback is valuable
in helping us improve, and we hope that your next rental experience is much
smoother. Thank you again for your review, and we’re glad you enjoyed the
