Good Location - needs work/cleaning

The location of this property worked well for our family. The size of the property was nice as well. The nearby playground was great for kids. At a quick glance, things looked nice, but when we arrived to the property, it had not been cleaned properly. We were promised a 50 refund for the issues we encountered during our stay but have not received that as promised. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned properly, notably the toilets. The toilets had poop stains and mold in them. The worst being the upstairs hall bathroom. The mirror was disgusting (toothpaste and such all over), the sink was gross. The master bathroom also needed some additional cleaning as well. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. While we were happy that this property came with towels, the towels in the cupboard were still wet from being (hopefully) washed. We did have to re-wash and dry towels before use. Some of the beds were missing sheets, we had to go hunting to make beds up. There also was hair everywhere. It appeared to be a combination of human and pet hair. On things like the bedding, sinks, floors, etc. just overall kind of gross. Additional items to note, this property could be great but there are a lot of things falling apart or broken. There are light bulbs out. The towel racks/bars are all coming out of the dry wall. A lot of dust, just seems poorly maintained. Garbage was full when we arrived.Convenient location and pool were nice to enjoy though.
