CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Please alert the Guest Contact upon check in
- The front door code is 135792. Tap the pad to make digits appear. Note that multiple digits appear on each button. You just press the button with the digit for each digit in the code. You then press the round button at the bottom to open the door. If you have trouble getting in, ring the silver bell on the top right of the door lock.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the respective bin (trash, recycling, or compost)
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- If you moved any furniture, please move it back to its original location
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Please alert the Guest Contact upon check out
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- The cooktop is an induction range. You need to place a pot on the cooktop before turning on.

- To request forgotten items please send a pre-pay label to vipmaidusa@gmail.com. We recommend to use USPS. Priority Flat rate. We also request a pre-paid handling service fee of $50 to be sent to Venmo @Mariza-Ness.
