CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Return all items and furniture to their original places
- Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher
- Pull back the comforters of any used beds
- Place used towels in the tub of the downstairs bathroom
- Wash and dry beach/pool/lake towels
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Remove all trash and recycling from the house and place them into the bins at the bottom of the driveway
- Please make sure the bear box is properly closed with the lock
- Please turn off all fans, lights, and the fireplace
- Make sure the grill and propane tank are turned off
- Make sure all windows and doors are locked
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Bears are in the area. Please do not leave food or trash outdoors or in your vehicle 
- The address for the outdoor community pool is 1001 Lilac Dr, Arnold, CA. The pool is available between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM, May through September. The lot number is 187
- The fireplace's on/off switch is located at the back, right side of the unit. Please keep the heater at 65 in the winter months, as the heat rises upstairs and warms the unit quickly
- Please note that in the winter months, the outdoor steps and deck can be extremely slippery. Please take caution
- This property has 3 window fans that guests can move around as needed
- The downstairs supply closet and storage area under the home are not available to guests. Extra supplies are located in the bathrooms or under the kitchen sink
- Extra towels are located in the top drawer of the dresser in the downstairs bedroom or the linen cabinet in the hallway by the upstairs bedroom
- Extra pillows and blankets are in the bedroom closets
- Yoga mats and beach chairs are in the downstairs bedroom closet
