Felt Just like home
5/5 Our visit to Avalon to attend the Catalina Island Conservancy Ball was a great success due to our stay here. Great location, easy walk everywhere. Good communications, property worked well for our purposes, will stay here again if available.

Property is in Disrepair - We Felt a Bit Ripped Off
2/5 It was a drag that we couldn't open the place up and enjoy the fresh air. The hardware on every door, including the front door does not work properly. The front sunroom doors and windows cannot be opened due to missing or broken hardware. If you try to open a window, it could fall out. All other windows do not function. The rear door is held closed with fishing wire and balcony is a mess. Many items broken throughout the place. Stair Railing falling off the wall. Floors were not clean.

Catalina House
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Catalina and we loved the house! So cozy and nice and everything worked fine.
Great location
5/5 Very nice and walkable to everything in Avalon - clean, bright and even a view of the ocean from the sunroom. Beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. Only drawback was noise from the lower unit well past quiet time of 10 pm on two of the nights.

A wonderful, easy access, beautiful location
5/5 We had a wonderful thanksgiving holiday!
My 91 year grandmother and a few family members enjoyed the holiday on Catalina. The location was easy to find and so close to all that we needed. The staff were wonderful to work with. We all can’t wait to go back again.
