Great stay for big bear mountain visit
4/5 I came here with my group of girlfriends all in our 30s and some partners and a dog! We were a big group of 10 but the cabin had the perfect amount of space for all of us. It was very close to the lifts at the mountain so we were able to save money on parking and just shuttle each other to it. The space was beautiful and great for memories but there were some things that were annoying that could easily be fixed, so take note owners! I came all the way from Chicago, so I didn't bring much with me and expected there to be the basics. It snowed quite a bit (almost 8 inches) when we arrived at night so we couldn't even get in the inclined driveway. We had to find the one working shovel they had and shovel ourselves out for 40 minutes in the dark, for some reason there was no light outside near the driveway. There was no salt for the walkway to the entrance so there was quite a bit of slipping everytime we entered and exited. The kitchen was huge, but it was missing a lot of small things, there was no scissors, all the knives were dull, the pots and pans were uneven, there was only one roll of papertowels and no dish rags, only 4 dishwasher pods and we had 10 people so there was quite a bit of handwashing dishes. The bathrooms had 3 rolls of toilet paper only and some bathrooms had no bathroom rug nor bodywash. Laundry machine but no laundry detergent. It was very cold but there weren't extra blankets to grab so we just had to layer up. Small annoyance, good space though.
