4/5 The house itself was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family and the back exit of the gated community was within 30 minutes of Yosemite’s park entrance. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook with and then some. Takes about 15 - 20 minutes to get to the house from the main entrance. Saw wildlife in the yard almost daily. Very clean house, with nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our only issue we encountered dealt with the communication with Evolve. We’ve used VRBO many times and usually have answers from homeowners regarding questions we have with an hour. However, this house is managed by Evolve. We asked about the availability of box fans at the house within a few hours of our arrival (a Saturday) via the app and didn’t hear back from them until the following Wednesday (by the way, there are 2 box fans). We also had trouble figuring out the thermostat (Google Nest). I asked via email (since I had not heard back from Evolve via the app by that point) and I have yet to hear back from them (we been back from vacation a week now). The house owners may want to reconsider using them if this is the type of service they are getting.
