Great place close to the lake
5/5 The home was great! Easy to get in, close to Lake Almanor, clean, and host was very responsive! Kids had fun around the house, beds were comfortable. Easy to get to and good spot to get around the lake from. Would and probably will stay again!

Dirty master bed and ant problem.
2/5 Area was nice on golf and place was generally clean however the master bed had several different hairs all over. Not just one or 2 in a spot, all over the whole bed. Like it had not been changed at all. It was gross especially since it was a rental. Sent owner half a dozen photos and explained that we had to change the sheets upon arrival- owner just said sorry and that they’ll talk to the cleaners. Had hoped for a little better customer service for that price. Definitely not recommending this place- tried to upload photos but button not working.

We rely on real-time feedback during a guest’s stay to quickly address any concerns; without it, it’s difficult for us to make things right in the moment. Our phone number is listed in the welcome book. We identified the dryer as the source of the hair issue, as it affected another comforter as well. Regarding the ant problem, we've sprayed both inside and outside the home. While the treatment is working and ants are dying, we aren’t able to clean them up again until after the next guest checks out. We are sorry that you've faced these issues, and we hope you enjoyed your stay overall."
