CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher. Guests must have all dishes and pots and pans washed before departure
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the bathroom
- Sign out of personal accounts on all TVs
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the heat
- If fireplaces are used, guests must deposit all fireplace ashes/logs in the aluminum containers labeled 'fireplace ashes' (next to fireplace)
- Close and lock all windows
- Make sure all doors are locked upon departure
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- All wet wipes should be thrown in bathroom trash cans. Please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet as they do clog the drains. We do not want to send a plumber during your guest time

- The main floor refrigerator is always on. If you would like to use the refrigerator in the family room, please turn the dial (located inside the refrigerator) to the level of cold (1-9) you would like
- There is a 30-foot drop off the deck to the ground, so standing, sitting, and leaning on any of the deck railings is prohibited and there is no dancing, jumping or running allowed while on any of the decks
- Please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet
- There are at least 30 steps (50 yards) to climb to get to the main entrance of the house
- For information on how to use the Weber BBQ Grill, the Gourmia Air Fryer, or the Instant Pot, please look for the instructional use from the perspective manufacturer on YouTube
- After use of the kitchen's small appliances, please wipe down and clean for the next guest

HEATER FLOOR LOCATIONS:
- Main Floor: Heater/AC panel is located on the staircase with the black carpeting
- Second Floor: Heater switch located inside of espresso bookshelf, on the left-hand side
- Lowest Floor: Heater/AC panel is located on the staircase with the black carpeting

STUDIO ACCESS INFORMATION:
- To get to the studio, exit through the back door to the left of the laundry room
- Go down the flight of 6 stairs and make a right
- The studio door is accessible via keyless entry. See 'Check-In Instructions' above

PET POLICY:
- Fee is $100, must be paid before check-in
- If you wish to bring an additional pet, please request permission from the owner
- Dogs are not allowed on couches or beds
- Dogs must be crated when guests are not on-site with them and are not allowed to roam around the house
- All pet waste in the yard must be picked up and disposed

ECOBEE THERMOSTATS AND ECOBEE MOTION SENSORS:
-- There are 3 Ecobee Smart thermostats located on 3 floors. The code for the Ecobee thermostats is 4224. There are also 4 Ecobee motion sensors located in the loft area, main floor, master bedroom and family room. These small 2 inch x 2 inch white motion sensors are attached to the walls. Please do not touch or try to pull the sensors off the wall. The identifying icon on these sensors is a picture of a bee. These smart sensors help with adjusting and stabilizing the temperature of the house and making it comfortable for every guest
- There are Ecobee motion sensors connected to the A/C unit
- If front and back doors are open or if the sliding glass door is open, the air conditioning unit will stop operating within 5 minutes
- Please make sure all doors, windows, and sliding glass doors are closed so that you and your guests would receive the maximum cool airflow on the main level

TV INFORMATION:
- There are 6 TVs located throughout the house. All TVs are either SmartTVs or TVs with Roku. To access Netflix, Prime, HBO, etc , you must sign in with your own personal accounts. Please remember to also sign out before you depart

NOTE FROM THE HOMEOWNER:
- Although there are no fences between lots, there are boundary markers delineating the home at 27514 North Bay and its neighbors
- Please do not trespass into the neighbor's yard and take their firewood. This is common sense but it has been done to the neighbor at various times
- For the guests who have children, please tell your children not to wander in neighbor's yards and take their firewood

- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras, in the front yard and back yard, all facing outward. They do not look into interior spaces

PARKING:
- 4 standard cars can park at the main house on the access road
- There can be no more than 4 cars at the main entrance. This parking rule is strictly enforced by the San Bernandino County code enforcement
- SB County code enforcement has the authority to tow excess cars
- SB County ordinance disallows any vacation guests from parking on public streets
- SNOW DAYS ALERT: Parking is not allowed on the main entrance of the house due to snow. A maximum of 3 cars is allowed to park on North Bay Road in front of the 3-car garage
