CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Street parking is prohibited, no parking on the street or side of the house at any time. If this rule is violated guests will be subject to a $1,000 county fine
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5525. Twist the lock after you enter the code
- To lock the door, press the Schlage button
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile 
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- This 3-story home requires using an exterior staircase to enter. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and require additional interior stairs to access
- Due to local regulations, guests cannot bring their boats to the property
- To get lake trail access, each guest will need to electronically sign a waiver. 
- Please provide the guest contact (info@hammerspatrol.com) EVERY guest’s full name, NOTING if they are an Adult or Child. ALA will send guest an email with waivers to electronically sign and submit.
- Please return the ALA card back to the house, a replacement fee will be charged to guest if lost
- The property is located in a wooded area and wildlife may be present. Here are some tips for a successful stay: 
- Do not leave food sitting out 
- Keep the sink and dishes clean 
- Make sure trash cans are closed and secured with bungee cord 
- Keep doors to the exterior closed 
- Be aware that wildlife and animals such as bears, raccoons, ants, spiders, etc. may be present 
- Bring insect repellant
- If you come across any pests, please notify the Guest Contact immediately. This should not be a problem as the property maintains thorough pest control
