5/5 House was beautiful and clean, great views. Had everything we needed. Communicaiton was great. Only downfall we had the listing stated there was a short walk to water but it's closed to everyone. You need a key to access to walkway to the water and you only get it by living in the community.

Mint Green Desert Oasis
4/5 Plenty of room for our larger group. Well stocked kitchen with pans, dishes, glassware etc. for all. Large fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Property Manager was very easy to reach and communication was excellent.
