• Wide-Angle Lens Did Some Heavy Lifting

  Owner was not expecting us. Keypad code for entry was not provided at check-in time leaving us outside for a couple hours. We made the most of it chatting over some beers in the parking lot. Upon arrival we had a no shoes policy but it didn’t matter as the bottom of my white socks quickly became brown and stamped with dog hair. Crumbs, grime and dog hair was all over so we did a bit of cleaning. No trash bags were under the sink but luckily I brought a few extra. The owner ended up sending us some. 4 dishwasher pods were left in the tub so I think that was just enough. The wifi info on the evolve website and condo booklet didn’t match, neither were right, had to contact the owner for the correct info.

  In terms of the condo itself it is VERY deceiving. The photographer did a great job with that wide angle lens. The place is small. It looks updated, spacious and modern but it’s not. It’s a tight fit in the loft, it's jam packed with probably the most uncomfortable cheap beds you’ll sleep on. The fans in the bathroom make a very annoying racketing noise. The most comical part is the small sofa in the loft for watching TV. There is a fat wooden beam blocking the view of the TV. Your head needs to be in a specific location for optimal viewing lol. Another funny moment was when we were cooking an Italian dinner. I had pulled out garlic bread from the oven. I set it on the counter and the metal grating from the fan vent fell right on top of the garlic bread along with the fan dust and grime.

  Over all we had a great weekend but the condo was NOT AT ALL what we were expecting. My group are all low maintenance people so we made it work but as the group organizer I was disappointed. I’m not one for making bad reviews but this one felt warranted. Hopefully the owner sees this and does better for future evolve bookers next snow season.

  - Check-in information is shared ahead of arrival, and when you reached out, we responded right away to help get things sorted.
  - Additional supplies, including trash bags, were quickly provided when requested.
  - Wi-Fi details are available throughout the home, including near the router with QR codes for easy connection, though we’re sorry for any confusion during setup.
  - The loft is designed with multiple seating and viewing areas, and the mounted TV can be adjusted for more comfortable viewing from different spots.
  - We will be speaking with the cleaning team regarding the concerns mentioned and will have maintenance take a closer look at the bathroom fan.
  We’re glad you were able to enjoy your time overall, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide a better experience for future guests.

  The home is clean and spacious for 6 of us and a dog. The kitchen is fully stocked with cups, plates and etc. The location is excellent. It is close to the village and step to the hiking/biking trail. We used the community pool and the spa everyday during the stay. The host is very responsive to answering our questions. Will stay again.

  We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and enjoyed the large kitchen island for meals. Plenty of parking and a great location.
