  All went OK: 30th is a pretty busy street, parking was always around the corner. The place was pretty clean and convenient. It had pretty much everything we needed (aside from coffee and soap)

  It was a very pleasant place to stay! Nice location with very good restaurants in walking distance, you could get away without a car if that is your vibe. that would actually be easier - the one downside was having to park 1-4 blocks away! I think this is typical for San Diego, so not taking stars off for that. Couch is VERY comfy, though the pull out couch mattress is very old and we were happy we did not end up needing it - I would not rely on this unless you have a very un-fussy sleeper! The queen bed was comfortable, fan in the bedroom window worked great since the mini split did not cool it down very well. So in the middle of the summer this might be a little bothersome.

  Shower is very nice, kitchen well equipped for basic cooking. The place felt clean and updated - we appreciated the lack of mold, mildew, and general feeling of old/icky/wetness you can often get in San Diego, as typically it makes us sick, and we stayed healthy the whole trip!

  Such a cute place, we are a family of three w a toddler, and it was an easy walk to a little playground and just a bit farther to lots of ice cream! The house itself is really nicely laid out, the couch and bed so comfy, and in suite laundry is the best.

  AJ was a delight to communicate with and the space was clean and tidy while offering all the necessary perks like a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The couch is massive and comfortable as well as the bed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.
