Something for all ages!
5/5 Lovely to have access gate to the park, outside patio seating under lights for nightly family dinners, gathering room to all snuggle in the large sectional (a favorite place), crib, porta crib, high chair, play room...I could go on and on!A/C was lovely--those who preferred a cooler climate took over the basement and were in heaven. We came to see the newest addition to our family--ended up being just a week old when we got here!--and gathered nightly for dinner on the patio--plenty of private spots to find quiet, and places for a one year old to get the energy out.Main living /ground floor has a master w/king bed, attached bathroom with a great shower, BR opens on the other side to the kitchen--handy during the day.Downstairs has two doors--one to bedroom with attached bathroom with washer/dryer and a second door to playroom with kids' kitchen set up, more toys, game table and PacMan machine! Not sure who liked the playroom better--the 20 month old, or the grown men playing Pac-Man!Upstairs has two bedrooms (queen? in one with crib,and full/twin bunk beds with steps to top in the 2nd BR) and one bath with tub/shower w/hand-held nozzle, great for giving baths to the 1 year old! All bedrooms are spacious with large closets.We had 7 adults and a 20 month old and had plenty of room.Lovely, welcoming home and gracious, responsive host.

First time Vrbo user
5/5 This was our first time using Vrbo and I was so nervous. The property manager was great when we had an issue trying to check in, very quick response and kind. The property was everything we and more then we expected. So much space, and we were able to keep the grown teens busy with the activities in the game space while enjoying a peaceful evening in the backyard. If we come back, this would be the perfect spot for a big family group!

Great stay in Arvada
5/5 We stayed with 6 people and had a great time. The response time of the host was great when we had a question. We loved the park in the back and played pickleball and basketball.
