4/5 The property was very clean, and the communication with the host was great. Check in and out was easy. There were a lot of little touches that tried to make it feel like a luxury hotel. You can tell the house has been updated in some areas such as the kitchen and master bathroom. However, there were a few things that contributed to our overall enjoyment of the stay. The first being that the downstairs smelled musty / dusty, and being that I have a very sensitive nose it made enjoying the downstairs difficult for me. The remotes on the tv downstairs don’t have a good range - we had to get up and stand right in front of the tv to operate. The couches that are downstairs are very firm and for us, not enjoyable or desirable to lounge on. All of these factors led us to being relegated to the master bedroom whenever we were at the house. Speaking of the master, while spacious and clean, the bed was too firm for us but we either got used to it or were so tired from hiking it became easier to sleep. Showering in the master was also not the most enjoyable experience, as the rainfall shower head is much too close to the faucet to where you are right up against it. But the bathroom itself is bright, clean, modern and pretty. Overall we felt the place and host and management company really does try hard so we decided to give it a 4 for that reason, since some of the things mentioned above are personal preferences.

5/5 Our stay at this Vrbo was great. It was a really nice neiborhood. The host was very responsive. If we had any questions, the response time was shortly thereafter. I would say that her customer service level was a high priority. The home was very nice, and it was located fairly close to all of our activities.

5/5 This was a great experience for us. The house was extremely clean and was thoughtfully stocked with all of the basics. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. It was perfect for our purposes!
