Not For Senior Couple
3/5 The condo was clean and in a convenient/walkable location to Main Street for our July two-night stay. 3 points we did not expect with this condo...1) The listing stated...Suitable for Elderly. The actual elevation from the parking level requires climbing 3 flights of stairs. 2) The layout with surrounding walkways and other condos does not afford much privacy so most of the window shades had to be kept closed. 3) The bedroom is tight with only a queen bed and nitestand. You will be comfortable in this condo if you are OK with these issues.

- We double-checked the listing and confirmed that it doesn't state that the property is suitable for the elderly. The presence of stairs is mentioned twice before booking and again in the pre-stay details, so guests are fully informed ahead of arrival. There haven’t been any recent changes to the listing, so this may have been confused with another property during the booking process.
- The layout, walkways, and bedroom setup are all accurately represented in the listing photos to give guests a clear understanding of the space and the surrounding community.

4/5 Location is great and as advertised. Ski in from 4 O’Clock trail and a 2 block walk (uphill) to the Snowflake chair. Check in and communication all good and easy. It’s great for 2 people. The bedroom is small with minimal furnishings, of course only sleeping there but only room for one nightstand. Kitchen equipped. Fireplace turns on with switch on the wall, ignore the instructions- it’s lovely!Overall clean and easy for a week of skiing at Breckenridge!

5/5 Great stay in perfect location for skiing and downtown Breck walking. We've stayed in the same condo for the last 3-4 years and will come back again.

5/5 This Breckenridge condo with ski in, ski out was exactly as advertised. Loved the location, pull out was very comfortable. Owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!
