4/5 Great place with lots of natural light. The ping pong table was a hit so was the hot tub! All of us had a fabulous time with room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again!Note: A heads up about the mosquitos would have been nice to have come prepared.

2/5 The ceiling fan was going the reverse way bring down heat and we called the guest host and she told us to get a ladder and pull the strain on the fan. Of course we didn’t have one . She told us that she was only the cleaning lady.

From the owner: "Ladonna – after reviewing the communication between you and the property manager, we found no instance in which she referred to herself as “only a housecleaner.” She is a valued member of our team and is typically praised for her professionalism and attentiveness.
We’re sorry you had difficulty locating the fan controls. This has never been an issue with any of our previous guests. The switch is located on the wall and is generally intuitive. Additionally, during warmer months, the upstairs guest room includes a portable AC unit with a window hookup — which you may not have utilized.
We also noted the condition the home was left in after your departure, which was disappointing. The tone of your communication with our team was not acceptable, and as such, you have been blocked from booking this property — as well as our other Buena Vista home."Cute place but lacking
2/5 Great location and cute place. Pros: nice location, private and very quiet, cute place and nice layout of the bedrooms. Cons: blankets and toilet dirty (black mold), no fans (upstairs attic room no AC), kitchen under stocked (1 roll paper towels, 1 garbage bag and cooking utensils lacking). We were there for 4 nights and wanted to cook meals - was difficult. We just expected this place to be stocked like the other Airbnbs in Buena Vista for the same price.

Perfect vacation home
5/5 House was just as the pictures depicted. Cozy, comfy beds. Great bathrooms, good size kitchen, and lots of great windows. The only issue was the birds in the backyrd. They hate us hanging outside. Haha
