3/5 The unit was what we expected. We just needed somewhere to sleep and get cleaned up for the next day of hiking. The amenities were dirty and in very bad condition. The pool and hot tub were full of bugs. The jets on the hot tub did not work. The property management desk was rude and not helpful. We would not recommend this property and will look for other options for our next trip. Definitely going back to crested butte!
