  Honestly, it could've been better. This place has so much potential and it does give a cozy cabin feel. But, my family and I were completely disappointed. 1) the hot tub was out of service and we had no idea, nobody notified us. I had to call the host to ask about it and they had no real explanation. It just didn't work. They mentioned something about a discount, but there hasn't been a follow up. 2) the place was filthy. The beds specifically. The mattresses had stains, the pillows had stains. I would recommend investing in better cleaning or new sheets. 3) no blender. Not a big deal but we were there for Thanksgiving. It's kind of an essential. Anyway, our family made the best of what it was because it truly was a lovely location, view and time. Best of luck to the next guest.

  - Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations.
  - At the time of your stay, the hot tub was unfortunately not operational despite ongoing repair attempts, and we have since updated the listing to reflect this. We regret any confusion if this was not clearly communicated prior to arrival.
  - Cleanliness is very important to us. Some of the sheets and pillowcases were new at the time of your stay, and we already have an order in to replace the remaining older items. Your comments have been shared with our management and cleaning teams to ensure standards are consistently met going forward.
