Right on the Fall River. We had an early morning visit from a bear cub making the rounds. Super nice place and wonderful hosts! We will definitely be back.

This was such a perfect stay for us. Plenty of room for everyone to share, a beautiful view out the back, and tons of things to do in the space like movies and art supplies. The location is great for Estes Park access but not super busy roads, and it took less than 10 minutes to get to Rocky Mountain National Park’s Fall River entrance. Id recommend this for anyone looking to stay in Estes Park!
