4/5 Unit is very nice with a lovely great room with nice upgrades and wood floors. ( 5 adults comfortable , one young adult in the 3rd “kid” room.) Hot tub great, with view. From thd hot tub outdoors, can hear the nearby road but everything is easy walking distance to Frisco mainstreet and the marina and bike path which was great and makes up for that. . The carpet is in pretty bad condition . The elevator system is wonky. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a small slow elevator so u will need lots of trips, but i guess better than no elevator. The weather was great our weekend. High of low 70s, so very comfortable with the sliding glass door , all windows open and ceiling fans on. In summer, could potentially be very hot as it is a 3rd floor unit and no a/c. Overall , a very nice place snd the owner was very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time. A little pricey.

Amazing Condo!
5/5 This condo worked fantastic for our annual ski trip. We had 4 men in our group so the common areas were perfect for all of us to share and enough bedroom and bathroom space as well. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking/coffee we needed. The hot tub was fantastic and the view from the tub was amazing as well.
We also ended up using the elevator much more than we anticipated! After getting used to the instructions for operation, it was great for when we were tired. It fit the 4 of us comfortably with some smaller bags.
The double garage parking was great. It does get a little tight but we were able to fit a Toyota Tacoma and Toyota Rav4 snuggly in the garage - just might need somebody to tell you when to stop.
Location was amazing, everything was convenient to access from this location and the airbnb even had a booklet/directory of everything that we could have wanted to find.
Overall a great stay and would love to stay at this property again in the future!
