2/5 Great location. Property overall seemed pretty neglected. Upon arrival, outdoor patio was strewn with bottle tops, old food in the fire pit and the grill and utensils were filthy. The house wasn't as clean as I'd hoped it would be. The only bathroom upstairs has sinks that do not drain... we had to wash hands then wait to brush teeth. No sponges or dish rags were readily available, ice maker is broken, pots and pans were dirty. I rated 2 stars because the property management company did bring sponges and ice when requested.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that the patio and kitchen items were not as clean as they should have been upon your arrival. This is the responsibility of our cleaning team, and we will be addressing it immediately. The dirty pots and pans will also be reviewed to ensure they meet our standards for future guests.
We’ve had maintenance out for the ice maker and believed it was fixed, but we will follow up to ensure it’s working properly. Sponges and kitchen cloths are always provided for guests, but we appreciate you reaching out so we could bring additional supplies during your stay. The bathroom sinks have also been addressed, and a plumber is scheduled to ensure this is fully resolved.

4/5 Family gathering to celebrate a graduation. Accommodations for our family needs well. Minor hiccup as the garage door didn’t open properly but the management handled it well. Overall a wonderful place.
