3/5 Pros: well-located to town and the lake, nice and quiet neighborhood… that’s about it. Cons: tiny (pictures do it justice), no cold water in the kitchen, the entire floor slants and the paint is chipping on the ceiling, we never received access details and had to reach out to VRBO the morning of our trip, no firewood, bbq grill or other basic items that most other rental cabins come with. Overall, knew it was going to be *quaint* but after staying there we all agreed we would have found somewhere else for the end cost.

4/5 Sweet little cabin that's in an excellent location! It met all of our needs, and the owner was very responsive to questions and allowed us early check in which was very helpful. It's an older cabin that has had some updating. You cannot beat staying anywhere in Lemmon Lodge if you're staying at Grand Lake! Beautiful, peaceful and very convenient.

Grand Lake Cabin
2/5 Sadly, we were very disappointed in this property. It was dirty and quite rundown. The pictures on the website must have been enhanced. From finding soiled clothes under the bed to stained cushions to peeling paint, we felt ripped off.
We took our complaints to the Evolve Team on July 31 along with pictures of the conditions we found the place to be in. We were assured that they took this seriously, but over two weeks later, we have heard nothing.
We booked this on VRBO, and we were charged a booking fee. Do not recommend.
Great getaway in the heart of Grand Lake
5/5 This cozy cabin (#21) had everything I needed for a perfect getaway. Tucked in a quiet spot, it’s just a short stroll to the lake, charming shops, great restaurants, and a cozy coffee stop—no need to drive at all during my four-day stay. Falling asleep each night to the soothing sound of the river was pure magic. A truly relaxing and beautiful trip—I can’t wait to come back.
