Exactly as advertised
5/5 This property is in the heart of everything and a great layout for a week vacation. Minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park, Golfing, restaurants in town, etc. We loved it and would stay again. I sent a few messages through "Contact the Host" in the VRBO app. They were unanswered, which was odd. Turns out they sent an email with the contact person for the property from a non-VRBO company. It went to junk mail so we never got our questions answered. Also the grill and coffee maker were not cleaned from the previous guest. We'd definitely stay there again though.

Not Quite what we Anticipated
3/5 Pros: Hot tub was clean and worked properly, beds were comfortable Cons: Pictures online were somewhat deceiving as they showed the black table on the deck with 2 chairs which were not there which we hoped to be able to drink coffee at. They showed a fire pit which was no longer there (my kids were disappointed as we had planned to make smores) multiple plastic outdoor chairs were broken and the grill.wouldn't start without using a lighter (the manager knew about both), multiple cooking utensils were broken (pans missing handles and can opener broken) and over-all the place needs a deep clean! Outside of shower door had orange mold in master, mirrors and fridge had smears, trash was on floor downstairs including slim jim wrappers under one of the beds and crumbs on basement couch. The thing that really stood out to me was the dust-the dream catcher next to my head on the bed was full of dust as was shelving, pictures and decorations. There were also spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the living room. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, so we hand washed many. For the price you charge I would've expected more as we frequently patronize vrbo and have had much better experiences.
