5/5 Super comfortable, modern (especially for Grand Lake), clean and well equipped. We didn't "cook" and brought our own coffee, snacks and drinks (of course), but kitchen had all we needed. Most amazing thing was how quiet it was - no dogs / minimal traffic. Loved we could walk only a block to the Rep Theater (as well as downtown shops, restaurants and lake)! We'll be back :)

Wonderful Retreat
5/5 Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this adorable condo. It was perfect for a getaway to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. Quiet and calm with great views to the outdoors and so close to the lake and downtown. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location in Grand Lake
5/5 Very comfortable condo, and well stocked with everything we needed for our anniversary trip to RMNP. We walked downtown almost every evening to try a new restaurant, visit the shops, and stroll along the lakefront. Super quiet area to eat or read out on the deck and look up at the mountains. Management was very prompt in answering questions. Would recommend this place to anyone.
