5/5 Perfect for 6 adults and 5 children. We enjoyed walking the trails in the forest that backed up to the house. We also enjoyed the pool table and our kids loved playing in the secret playhouse under the stairs. The owner provided us with a fire pit for s’mores. It was a great place to stay!

5/5 Everything was great, but you advertised a spa, even showed a picture of a spa, but we were very disappointed that there was no spa. Otherwise it was VERY well equipped.

Pagosa Cabin
5/5 The Cabin was exactly as advertised and it was perfect for us. Great for a young family.
Family ski trip
5/5 Property was in a great neighborhood, easily accessible, and had many modern amenities. Plenty of room for everyone with comfortable accommodations. It was a 45 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski area. We would stay here again.

Beautiful place to truly have some R & R!
5/5 Our large family of 10 had a fabulous time in Pagosa in this beautiful home. There was enough room for everyone (which has been hard to find on our annual trip there). The house was equipped with more than we expected which was a nice surprise. Our granddaughters had a blast with the “secret” room :) Beautiful setup in the back yard, very relaxing Close to the lake as well which was a bonus for us who like to fish. We will definitely be back.
