-We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot water. The issue was addressed promptly—there was a temporary shortage due to high usage, and a plumber was contacted immediately to help resolve it.
-Information about the Recreation Center is included in both the welcome email and the welcome book. We understand this may have caused some confusion and have updated our website to provide greater clarity for future guests.
